NIK NOUVEAU — RETURN POLICY

At Nik Nouveau, we stand behind the quality and intention of every piece. Due to the nature of our collections and limited drops, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

STORE CREDIT ONLY
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Flash sale purchases
  • Limited drops and promotional items

NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you may use your store credit (if eligible) to place a new order.

RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING RETURNS
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued. Please allow several business days for processing.
