NIK NOUVEAU — SHIPPING POLICY

At Nik Nouveau, each order is prepared with intention and attention to detail. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders require 5–7 business days for processing before they are shipped from our warehouse. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During our Holiday Shipping Period (November 21 – December 31), please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment due to increased order volume.

ORDER ACCURACY
All orders are processed exactly as submitted. No changes can be made once an order is placed, including updates to shipping addresses or order details. Please double-check all information at checkout.

SHIPPING SPEED
At this time, expedited shipping is not available. All orders are shipped using standard delivery methods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please use this to monitor your delivery status.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work to ship orders as efficiently as possible, carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
